Sky is introducing a new offering in 2026 by launching the Ultimate plan, consolidating premium channels like Sky Atlantic, Sky One, and Sky Documentaries with Netflix and Disney+ into a single monthly subscription. Additionally, the upcoming HBO Max will be included at no extra cost upon its release this week, providing access to popular shows on demand. Subscribers will also enjoy Hayu later this year, introducing a variety of reality TV content to UK viewers.
While the full launch of Hayu is set for July, Sky pleasantly surprised fans by providing an early sneak peek called “Taste of Hayu,” granting access to over 150 episodes from its popular franchises like Below Deck Mediterranean, The Real Housewives series, and Vanderpump Rules.
This preview is accessible to Sky Stream and Sky Glass customers with the Ultimate TV package, along with Sky Q and Sky+ users, enabling on-demand viewing of selected seasons.
The complete rollout of Hayu in July will unlock an extensive catalog, offering hundreds of additional series for reality TV enthusiasts. New episodes of major shows will be available on the same day as their US airing, all included within the Sky TV subscription.
In a statement, Sky expressed excitement for reality TV fans, highlighting the availability of select Hayu shows for Sky TV subscribers. The content can be enjoyed directly from the homepage, on demand, and is part of the subscription, offering a glimpse of what’s to come before the full Hayu launch on Sky in July.
Hayu will join Netflix and Disney+ in the Ultimate package, with HBO Max set to join next week, followed by full Hayu integration later in the year.
The new £24 package includes:
– Netflix Standard with Ads
– Disney+ Standard with Ads (starting in March, date TBD)
– HBO Max Basic with Ads (launching in the UK & Ireland on March 26)
– Hayu (full access from July, with preview content available from March)
– Over 130 Sky channels
