Fans of Judge Judy’s sharp wit and no-nonsense attitude will likely appreciate the familiar energy displayed by Levy in the trailer, where he delivers quick-witted and cutting remarks reminiscent of his mother’s style. Despite initial reservations, Judge Judy, formally known as Judith Sheindlin, acknowledges her son’s talent and readiness to take on the show.
Executive produced by Sheindlin, “Adam’s Law” is scheduled to debut on September 14, marking five years since the conclusion of the original “Judge Judy” series after a successful 25-season run. Levy, with over 25 years of legal experience, including serving as a district attorney and legal educator, emphasizes the importance of truth in the courtroom drama.
Confident in her son’s abilities, Judge Judy foresees “Adam’s Law” becoming a top daytime program, citing his entertaining personality, legal acumen, and remarkable recall. Levy, having prior experience in courtroom reality TV, is set to air on various CBS-owned stations in the U.S., including CBS LA and WCBS-TV, as well as on Citytv in Canada starting on September 14.
