Zola, known for his legendary football career, will support Europe’s vice-captain Molinari behind the wheel, as confirmed by Golf Digest.
Having previously managed West Ham, where Molinari developed a friendship with Zola, the former footballer is no stranger to the golfing world. Zola’s experience includes participation in pro-ams on the DP World Tour and playing alongside former Premier League stars at the opening of Trump International Golf Links in Aberdeen.
Molinari, a devoted West Ham supporter, will assist Team Europe’s captain, Luke Donald, during the Ryder Cup.
