“Child’s Decapitated Head Found in Moscow Pond”

A search is underway after a disturbing find of a child’s decapitated head in a backpack. The backpack was discarded in Golyanovsky Pond in Moscow. Reports indicate the child was strangled and then beheaded, as per law enforcement sources.

The primary cause of the boy’s death is suspected to be asphyxia. Evidence of marks and bruises on the child’s neck indicates possible forced strangulation, according to Russian site Baza.

The young victim, estimated to be between seven and 10 years old, remains unidentified but is believed to have been killed around two days ago. Despite an extensive search involving divers, no additional human remains were discovered in the lake. The backpack was found within a red plastic bag.

The gruesome discovery was made by pond workers early today, located eight miles northwest of the Kremlin. Law enforcement is reviewing security camera footage for potential leads on a suspect, described as approximately 5ft 11in tall with a medium build, who was observed tossing a bag into the pond two days ago.

In a separate incident, a two-year-old boy tragically lost his life at a nursery in Italy after an accident involving his jumper. Leonardo Ricci was found unresponsive by caregivers at a playschool in Bibbiena. Despite efforts by medics to resuscitate him for over an hour, Leonardo was declared dead at the scene.

Local residents were visibly emotional at the nursery, with the mayor and prosecutors investigating the incident. The nursery will remain closed as authorities probe the circumstances surrounding Leonardo’s untimely death. The Koiné cooperative, which oversees the nursery, expressed deep sorrow over the tragic loss and pledged full cooperation with the investigation.
