Throughout his career spanning 712 games, Price maintained impressive stats with a 2.51 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage. He holds the franchise records for most games played and victories as a goaltender. The celebration of Price’s achievements will take place during a game against the Minnesota Wild.
Price, a seven-time all-star and the fifth overall pick in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, has left an indelible mark on the Canadiens franchise. The team is gearing up for the upcoming season, with the pre-season commencing on September 19 and the regular season opener scheduled for September 29 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
