TikTok personality HSTikkyTokky, also known as Harrison Sullivan, has managed to evade imprisonment despite being involved in a high-speed crash with his luxury car during daylight hours and evading authorities for over a year.
Sullivan, 24, confessed to reckless driving and driving without insurance last month after his McLaren collided in Virginia Water, Surrey, in March 2024. Witnesses informed the Staines Magistrates’ Court that Sullivan was seen driving the supercar at excessive speeds, with one witness estimating a speed of over 100mph before the accident occurred.
Evidence from the McLaren’s crash data showed that Sullivan was traveling at 71mph in a 40mph zone at the time of impact. Kane Alexander, the prosecutor, emphasized that the vehicle was significantly exceeding the speed limit on a well-traveled road during daylight hours.
Following the accident, Sullivan spent a year in various countries like Dubai, Thailand, and Spain, while actively posting content on social media. He was apprehended for unrelated offenses in Spain in August, subsequently extradited to the UK, and taken into custody by law enforcement.
Sullivan recently appeared at Staines Magistrates’ Court in a prison outfit, where he was given a suspended one-year prison sentence and a two-year driving ban. The social media influencer pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving without insurance the previous month, with his family and friends attending the court session and being instructed to turn off their mobile phones.
In a letter addressed to the Judge, Sullivan expressed his commitment to spreading positivity and helping those in need. As part of his sentence, he will wear an electronic tag for three months, complete 300 hours of unpaid work, and undergo 30 days of rehabilitation.
The prosecution has requested a sum of £18,049.47 to cover the cost of a chartered flight to repatriate Sullivan to the UK. A costs hearing is scheduled at Staines Magistrates’ Court on January 15 for further deliberations.
