Luke Littler has made it clear that he will not be following his friend Angry Ginge into the wilderness, despite the YouTuber’s recent victory in a popular reality TV show. The professional darts champion, known as “The Nuke,” extended his congratulations to Angry Ginge, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, following his win on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. However, Littler has firmly stated that he will not be participating in the show’s challenging trials for any amount of money.
The 18-year-old darts prodigy from Warrington has drawn a firm line, expressing his reluctance to partake in tasks such as consuming exotic and unappetizing foods while being far away from home. Despite initial contemplation about joining the jungle adventure for financial gain, Littler has now firmly decided against it after witnessing the challenges faced by contestants on the show.
Burtwistle, who emerged as the victor of the TV series, endured various daunting tasks during his three-week stint in the Australian rainforest. In his final trial, he faced snakes and other creatures in a challenge called the Helmet of Hell, while the runner-up Tom Read Wilson ingested unusual foods like camel’s brain and pig’s vagina.
Littler celebrated his friend’s success by attending a football match between Manchester United and Wolves, where he was spotted by TV cameras alongside the club’s head of fan engagement. United’s captain, Bruno Fernandes, acknowledged Littler’s presence at the game and interacted with him on social media, showcasing their camaraderie across different sporting realms.
