Samsung has officially announced that the new Galaxy S series smartphones will be revealed later this month during the Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco on February 25. This event will showcase the anticipated Samsung Galaxy S26 lineup, which includes the S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra models. The live stream of the event will be available on the Samsung website starting at 6pm GMT.
For those interested in the event, Samsung is offering incentives for early registration. By signing up, participants can receive a £30 voucher for Galaxy ecosystem products, double storage when pre-ordering a new phone, and the opportunity to win one of 10 £500 Samsung vouchers.
Samsung highlighted the AI integration in the new smartphones, emphasizing their goal to simplify daily tasks and enhance user experience. The company expressed that the latest Galaxy S series represents a significant advancement in the era of AI.
Ahead of the launch, discounts on the current Galaxy S25 range are being offered by retailers in preparation for the arrival of the new models. Sky Mobile, for instance, has reduced the monthly cost of the S25 Ultra from £43 to £31, saving customers £432 with a 36-month contract. However, it comes with a 100MB data allowance, which may require additional data purchase.
Customers can also take advantage of a 20% discount on the standard S25 and S25 Ultra models at Amazon when purchased outright, with savings of almost £250 on select models. These discounted prices are available until February 24 or while stocks last.
