This new service automatically monitors broadband performance, promptly addressing speed or connectivity issues and providing instant troubleshooting suggestions. Additionally, Virgin Media can remotely perform updates or repairs overnight to minimize disruptions during the day. If necessary, customers may receive recommendations for WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades for improved whole-home coverage. Director of Connectivity at Virgin Media O2, Gareth Lister, emphasized the importance of fast and reliable connectivity, stating that Smart Support enhances customer peace of mind. This service is being rolled out to all Virgin Media customers at no additional charge.
